Whether you like it or not, Whitepimp, this site has rules. No, not everyone can just say whatever it is they want and there is a very good reason for that -- we don't want to drive people off of this already dying website. There is a set of rules in place to protect the community and promote fun and because of this, we have to abide by the rules and we cannot say whatever we please.
If I were to go into the main lobby for this next week and spread news of you being a pedophile and a rapist and creating a story to all of your friends and making it sound believable, would you be offended? Maybe, maybe not. Could this hurt your image and your reputation? Certainly. If you asked me to stop, then it would be considered slander and harassment. If you did not ask me to stop or seem to care at all, it would only be slander yet not punishable under the harassment violation.
Multiple slanderous accusations were made against me, it could have hurt my image, and I asked for the user in question to stop multiple times -- they did not. This is slander and this is harassment by the very definition this website uses to enforce their rules.

You not enforcing the rules does not mean that a rule does not exist about slander. I urge you to check out the rule page and if you do not understand certain words such as "slander", then ask a friend to help clarify for you.
Truthfully? I think it is a nice gesture that we are allowing incapable users like Whitepimp to act as moderators, yet if they cannot prove they are are able to be capable, then they should no longer be moderators.
And yet, that's the way this works. You and everyone else get to say things even if other people don't like them. The marker for this isn't about whether it is true or whether someone else is subjectively offended.
I am 18 currently yet turning 19 this year -- everyone knows this. Jimbei was acting as though her age made her superior to me so I simply had to stop her from believing that.
Jamal beat Pranay's mom and then rap'ed her. He did it on two occasions. One time he was even arrested for it. He spent almost a week in jail, but she got too scared to testify in court, so Jamal didn't end up serving any more time. He's vicious and dangerous.

"you're killing me" is not an accusation of murder "stop stealing my reports" is not an accusation of theft
"i know you killed x, you're a murderer and i'm reporting you to the authorities" is an accusation of murder "you stole emjack from (copyrighted source)" is an accusation of theft "you're a pedophile and i have photographic evidence" is an accusation of pedophilia
the difference is that these are SERIOUS accusations of SERIOUS crimes punishable by LAW, and unless proven in a court of law they are defamation
