ok, so why is slander against the rules? are you just not going to enforce the rules because you think you know better than the rules? you're not the rule maker, you're the rule enforcer, you don't moderate based on what rules you agree with you moderate based on the rules

Slander is someone lying about another person in a manner where demonstrable harm is being caused.
I'm not in the business of fact checking claims to determine if it is true or not. I also don't care if someone lies about another person. It's not against the law to call you a thief, a racist, or a rapist. And I'm not going to punish anyone who does this.
Creating a false story about someone being a rapist and a pedophile, by definition, is slander. In the rules that this site enforce, harassment is defined as:
"Making repeated/severe personal attacks toward or slandering another Epicmafia user when the user has shown the harasser that he is offended. If filing on behalf of another user, one must show the consent of the harassed person."
1) Repeated slanderous attacks were made against me (rapist, pedophile) 2) I told the harasser several times I would like it if they stopped (as shown in the images I provided in the initial report)
The only things in this definition are what happened in this incident and this is why I filed a report and that is why it was originally given a violation. Why you overturned it, great judicial activist? I do not know.
