Hello everyone! I would like to ask the people who are interested in this event to participate and contribute as much as possible.
In order for 2 new roles to be added to em, the community has to work together to refine the ideas that are going to be mentioned below. We have to collectively select 2 of the best ideas and make sure their version is the best one possible. The next step would be to come up with some sort of artwork for the selected roles. Lucid mentioned something about rewarding the users behind the artwork that would get selected in the end for those 2 roles.
Jack the Ripper (originally Hypocrite)
Jack the Ripper hates anyone who kills.
Jack the Ripper only wins when the game ends and all murderers are dead.
If Jack the Ripper receives a gun or knife and kills someone with it, he will not consider himself a murderer.
To Jack the Ripper, murderers are killing roles or any other player that has successfully eliminated someone else (shot, stabbed, blown up, etc.)
If a player survives one of these actions, Jack the Ripper will not consider the attacker a murderer.

Cat Lady
Chooses one player every night. The player is instantly alerted that a cat is at their door. They have two options: Kill the cat, and let it go. If you kill the cat, you are roleblocked and the Cat Lady doesn't know who was visited. If you let it go, the Cat Lady learns your role.

Robinhood
Visits two people, taking all items from the first and giving them to the second (cannot visit self either way)
Action fails if trying to steal from a mafia

Vice President
If the president dies, takes their place
All townies immediately receive a message of their new president
Attends mafia meetings, and makes them anonymous
Cannot win if they are the vice president (~Alyssa)
Gossiper
Chooses one person every night.
Will see some whispers this person receives/makes.
If lynched at the end of the game, the last mafia can guess who the Seer is for autowin.
If the Seer dies, they will appear as a random (non-mafia) role in the setup and their will will always be blank. If dead, the mafia can still attempt a guess to the Seer's identity at the end of the game.
If there are multiple Seers in a game, only one Seer will know the mafia at any given time.
If there are two mafias and multiple Seers, the knowledge of the mafias will be split between them.

Whistleblower
Once per game can force someone to vote someone else. Vote cannot be OT'D if it is a hammer. Sided with maf

Each night chooses a power role from the options provided to him. (the mods should determine the list)

Oh do you mean that if sidekick and super are rolled, the two are not actually partners? if so, yes you should randomly side the sidekick in that instance imo
there's a paradox like you noted if sidekick and villains are paired with each other. maybe i can just make them pick another random village / mafia player instead?

actually, neither of them will have a partner or nemesis without any third parties. i made sidekicks, villains, and maid forbidden roles to be chosen from. but, in the case there are no thirds left, perhaps i can have them side randomly with mafia or village?
I think supervilian being able to have a sidekick introduces a kinda paradox where, if both present, they both lose by default. Imo super shouldn't be able to have a sidekick.
One thing I'd change is make it so that if there isn't a partyhost, partycrasher becomes one. Right now, partycrasher is kinda useful as it relys on another role that might not pop up.
Also make sure Psycho Cop (https://epicmafia.com/role/8536) works, and can it be given an icon? I can even whip up something basic. We are really wanting these roles working for a stickied sandbox setup.

Currently, it ends up not giving guns when visited, and is in mafia meetings. It's a really simple role. It just gives anyone who visits it a gun. Also it needs its icon back.

How would this work with investigative reports?
The system message would only display if they were that corresponding role, and if so the Psychiatrist would have an additional option when pressing that suit to choose which they want (ect. If they choose sane cop they can choose Village/Mafia, or if they choose Detective they can choose any role in the setup. Same with psychic.) The person would get 2x reports, but does not know which one is the fake. Obviously for psychic it'd mechanically appear as 1 report as the Psychiatrist visited them, and they'd only receive the fake one.
I feel as though that balances it out rather than having it completely over-write the report and being a more over-powered hooker.

Psychiatric Meeting: Choose a player: Golbolco What role will you manipulate?: Sane Cop Alignment?: Village
If Golbolco is Cop, then Golbolco will receive 2 reports, one which is real and one that is fake (xx person who Golbolco visited is sided with the Village.)
Like I said before, to help new players, pls add these: 1.Add tutorial mode, aka games with only AIs with basic lines. 2.Add /role and /help and /hint in game 3.Halve the number of ranked game u can play each day. Add 1 extra heart for each rank win. This encourage people to play unrsbked games more

can you make it so you can't kick players with less than 5 games from unranked games? People are rude and scare away new players. even better you can stop them from kicking all no avis
people will just make new accounts to evade being kicked at that point
this site is dead. I spent 1.5hours this morning trying to play game 1 and I kept getting kicked like all of em by coldie. I could not host a game. If I was actually a new account, then there was no way that I would have ever continued on this site after like 10min of this even. you need to do something to keep the new accounts here when they are being treated like this always! the no avi/noob hatred is too much and the new players will leave over it

And maybe a minor one would be having snowqueen blizzard effect always active past n1.
(this way party crasher is viable with the snow queen.)

Snow queen in it's current state is a night wide roleblock for a night.
This makes it kinda hard to build around because it's either too strong or too weak. (IE it'll be used as fast as possible vs any infestigative role.)
This change makes it so that finding the snowqueen is important, and it has uses in setups with investigative roles. It also keeps with the theme of being off before n1.
Also party crasher is a good role vs snow queen with the change.
