Hey everyone, so it appears that I'm owner again. I'd like to preface this by saying that it's not with any malice or whatever that I'm coming back to this with, Merlot doesn't have time to own the lobby anymore (she's quite busy with work) and as such has been having difficulty picking a successor. Because of this, I'm here in this interim period to look after the lobby whilst we come to an agreement on who's gonna helm the ship from hereon out. I'm not entirely sure how long this period will last, it could be anywhere from a couple of weeks to over a month, but to the people who dislike me please rest assured that this is not permanent.
In the meantime, I'll be looking to streamline some of Sandbox's aspects and make a few quality of life tweaks for both the moderators and the regular users. If people have any recommendations of how to further improve Sandbox or who would make for a good successor, please don't hesitate to send me a private message.

also I know some users get sick and tired but there are still users who have been consistently on anywhere from 4-7 years, some people grow out but a successful site lures new users in as older users leave while still keeping a somewhat solid userbase, but lucid doesn't update the site so that can't really be consistent.

the only way im reading some long winded thread about "imrpvoing EM" is if its by someone im super close to or really intellectually respect
theres no feasible change thatll magically "make EM great"

i think the main problem is people just leave due to getting older/ IRL stuff and the friends of that person leave because it's less fun without them and so on and so forth
i clearly have nothing to do with my life according to the last hour or two in this thread so id be willing to brainstorm ideas for making em not suck in another thread in exchange for a sense of purpose and companionship

edark also didnt reply to my pm about how emjack lists roles in the order of players if you're agent or more importantly spy and also lets you reveal disguisers

also I'd be more willing to complain about these things to Edark who does have some control over what happens based on previous things he's said but he won't reply and it's not worth trying to get his attention anymore

It's difficult to control but I'm pretending I'm talking to lucid for a minute when i say implant my noavi ideas, mentor ideas and mod watch idea(if anyone wants to see them I'd be happy to go dig them up)
more lobbies divide the user base so there are fewer users in more lobbies then they all get bored at the same time while apart instead of having fun while together
