What did he expect when reporting the site to adsense? Riot is a spiteful piece of shit that ruined the site because he was upset about Arcbell being an admin. Arcbell was bad, there is no question about that, but what Riot did was pure scummy and he's a horrible person for it.

Yeah, it sucks. I don't think he thought it through, I think he was just trying to make a point. He wanted to get Lucid's attention. Before you start making bitter posts about how much you hate someone and what a POS they are, maybe take a second, step away from the computer, and consider whether or not that will help anything. I doubt it makes you feel better, I doubt it makes ANYONE feel better. It doesn't fix anything. It's done. Now we have to fix it. Sucks.

Why are you so mad I'm just talking realistically while you guys have your heads up in the clouds thinking of unicorns and magical rainbows where Google actually cares about compromising their TOS for a small site like us. Or one where Lucid hasn't implied that he has no interest in continuing this site if the apeal doesnt work OR selling it.

The traffic to this website would decline immediately, but would rebuild itself. Plus you have the added benefit of not losing the website.

This is just an idea if the others don't work. I don't see a harm in wiping a site if that means we get to keep the ads and are able to work on rebuilding the site from scratch.

It's not like the site would die because of this.

being reported and on google's radar is already a death sentence even if we "clean up" because we will most likely be caught with out pants down again some time in the near future and then apealing will be even less likely.

Realistically if Google denied service based on their evaluation of the site within the last few days after the forum wipe, then filing an appeal with the site "as is" is not a good idea and will likely get them to sustain their verdict. Nothing really changed tbh.

It would be in Lucid's best interest to take the site offline and remove anything even remotely unsafe.

At this point, I would not even be against a full site sweep. Delete all user accounts, all games, all posts.

Start completely fresh as if it were opening D1 of this site 5+ years ago. (Though I imagine it will make a lot of users mad with all their hard work gone).

If Adsense denies service after this kind of sweep, then there's nothing we can do as the concept of the site itself breaks their rules.

If a clean wipe is viable, then we could realistically save anything important. Setups could be remade pretty easily and threads could also be replicated simply.
