Comp is so bad right now, its actually just funny. Theres nothing else to it. It's simply funny how bad it is. I think its time you all realize this. The sooner you accept that, the quicker we can fix it. Because games are just s'hit. They are played like reds and no one cares about throws/meta abuse/ect anymore and these are suppose to be competitive games. Mods are forgiving 'bad play' reports more now than ever. I saw a gt alt with 18-50 record. it takes actual skill to reach that level as a gt alt and not be banned by now. He srsly must have some top tier main outplaying mods with dumbtells
I'm writing to request we split the lobbies: Competitive/Casual.
We need a comp atmosphere to have a competition. Moderation of comp lobby should be harsher too. Trust me on this. Tables are so s'hit. Players have no clue what they're doing. Go with me here. I used to play competitive CPL cs1.6. Google 'vilden mage' and you'll find me. I know a casual game vs a competition. Merged lobbies ruined the comp aspect I used to rly enjoy
All you have to do now is ask lucid to do it. Keep asking until he does it.

There are so many terrible players like this that it isn't a competition it's like a r'etard magnet filled with trolls, gt'ers, and idiots. A lobby exclusive to comp players will intimidate players in such a way that they worry more about their own improvement and gameplay. When you have such a casual, s'hitty lobby, it facilitates players who arent playing to win or COMPETE as they should be

who says i want to keep it social? i was the one who got the lobbies to merge with bumpers because we were trying to force players to get used to the competitive mindset. that was the whole intention in the first place instead of letting training players play with other training players and develop bad habits.
what happened however is that training players refused to change their habits regardless of what we did.

you need to give up on the idea of mafia being in a competitive format, trust me
you'll be better off just signing up to play forum mafia or something instead of trying to force the meta to change where people can actually explain their reads or not sheep the clear
you aren't active or aware of the playerbase, you don't know who's currently playing, 3 comp tables being played at once is still normal. for a start that is definitely enough tables to get a comp exclusive lob going

"magically" because its so hard to spread word to people. you're making blind assumptions, and there will always be casual players. sometimes i play casually in reds
no one is gonna just magically come back cause there is a new comp lobby. it will also reduce the amount of casual players that become comp players.
