This image has been approved by the previous admin (bronto) and it was no vio'd and approved in at least 5 reports in the last 3 months. It was removed with no reason given by "oliver". I told him that it was already approved, and I reploaded it. He then banned me for 24 hours and removed it again. He said the precedent has changed because this time they reverse image searched it and naked pictures came up. SO?! I'm not using those pictures. I've been using THAT one. The censored one that shows nothing.
If Google was going to take down Epic Mafia over a censored picture they would have done it in the 3 months that it's been my avatar. This is clearly an attack on me and my sexual orientation. Nobody would know these men were nude below the waist unless they reverse image searched it. And why would they do that, unless they WANTED to see them naked? You literally had to SEARCH for a way to give me a violation. oliver and gennehfarrxD should be reprimanded and my ban should be lifted, as well as my violation. This is a clear abuse of power and it's a personal attack against me and my sexual orientation.

My bad then, you still shouldn't have re-uploaded it while the mod was there to disagree with your avatar.
As I said I believe the image is fine in borders on this site. I'm still curious why you're not into another avatar like you have right now though, that's my only question
Bambino pretty much hit the nail on the head with his post. Pretty sure reverse searching the image leads to gay pornographic material or something so I can see why the mods would think this would be breaking the ToS.

I feel the need to chime in on this one. Since the rule states that for an avatar to be deleted, it must have "pornographic content or be highly offensive", I think that the avatar should be allowed to stay. It isn't or highly offensive.
However, I personally do not think that it's the best choice of avatar on a site like this. Why put up any type of slightly provocative photos (I don't care if it's men or women) in the first place as your avatar? I just can't help but feel like this was done to stir up controversy about homophobia, but in general I don't think that it's super appropriate on a gaming site which has many younger users.
Mikeyru, you deserved the ban solely based on the fact that you didn't follow up the rules that the mods asked you to. When a mod tells you to stop doing something, you either have to do it or face with a violation even if you disagree with it. You should have just made a complaint thread rather than constantly attempting to try to use it. After a decision, god knows you could've been allowed to, perhaps.
About the avatar, I personally don't really care whether you use it or not as I don't think it's that big of a deal. It doesn't show any inappropriate part anyway but I can see why other mods agree with removing it as a result from a search engine, considering we had problems with Google before. I don't think anything would happen based on that. No one is really telling anyone to search the images anyway.
The image can stay as it is in my opinion as well. I'm not saying something is wrong with it but why don't you use another avatar that is into your liking, out of curiosity? That'd solve the problem in both sides and you wouldn't have been given a violation.

i can see genneh's reasoning to sustain but i dont know who would care enough to reverse good image his avatar therefore im failing to understand what the issue is
