This image has been approved by the previous admin (bronto) and it was no vio'd and approved in at least 5 reports in the last 3 months. It was removed with no reason given by "oliver". I told him that it was already approved, and I reploaded it. He then banned me for 24 hours and removed it again. He said the precedent has changed because this time they reverse image searched it and naked pictures came up. SO?! I'm not using those pictures. I've been using THAT one. The censored one that shows nothing.
If Google was going to take down Epic Mafia over a censored picture they would have done it in the 3 months that it's been my avatar. This is clearly an attack on me and my sexual orientation. Nobody would know these men were nude below the waist unless they reverse image searched it. And why would they do that, unless they WANTED to see them naked? You literally had to SEARCH for a way to give me a violation. oliver and gennehfarrxD should be reprimanded and my ban should be lifted, as well as my violation. This is a clear abuse of power and it's a personal attack against me and my sexual orientation.

I think ediz's point is that there's a right way and a wrong way to deal with this situation. Instead of reuploading it to cause a load of controversy, couldn't you have just voiced your concern to a moderator in private instead? If a mod deems a picture inappropriate and you reupload it, going by precedent you should be banned. What he's saying is handling the situation privately whilst discussing your opinion with said moderators and making a thread if you still disagree with them would be much, much more of a better way to deal with this instead of just uploading it to get banned to make a thread to protest.

Jill, I have no problems with Mikeyru at all and even if I did, I'd have avoided doing the report, I don't know about other mods but you shouldn't just be saying it was just Mikey without knowing knowing about our discussion about it before giving a biased comments about us

Jill you're stupid. MikeyRu got the violation because he REUPLOADED IT. After a moderator (Oliver) cleare the avi and have him a note and explicitly said DO NOT UPLAOD SAID AVI.
I have a 24 hour ban because I reuploaded it. And a violation on my record. I only reploaded it because I thought oliver was mistaken and didn't know that I had approval from the mod team and the last admin the site had.

I just don't want to see half naked people on a mafia website even if the rules allow it, which technically this doesnt break the rules
as i stated, google adsense permits shirtless guys whether the image is cropped or not.
