Homophobic Abuse Of Mod Power

This image has been approved by the previous admin (bronto) and it was no vio'd and approved in at least 5 reports in the last 3 months. It was removed with no reason given by "oliver". I told him that it was already approved, and I reploaded it. He then banned me for 24 hours and removed it again. He said the precedent has changed because this time they reverse image searched it and naked pictures came up. SO?! I'm not using those pictures. I've been using THAT one. The censored one that shows nothing.

If Google was going to take down Epic Mafia over a censored picture they would have done it in the 3 months that it's been my avatar. This is clearly an attack on me and my sexual orientation. Nobody would know these men were nude below the waist unless they reverse image searched it. And why would they do that, unless they WANTED to see them naked? You literally had to SEARCH for a way to give me a violation. oliver and gennehfarrxD should be reprimanded and my ban should be lifted, as well as my violation. This is a clear abuse of power and it's a personal attack against me and my sexual orientation.

does it really matter? if someone wants a picture of a potato wearing a bikini that's their right. and in this case, if mikey wants an avatar with shirtless men that's his right.

shirtless guys, whether they were nude in the full picture or not, are fully permissible by google adsense standards. this is coming from someone who used to mod on a site that had to adhere to adsense policies. so i dont know where the idea is coming from it needs to be removed. the image cant be reverse searched, and even if it could, the one that's posted can't be, so just use that one.

Steven it wasn't just approved, it was approved by the ADMIN. Also, I reverse image searched my new profile background and nothing comes up except pictures of beards, so I'm good there.

If I get it right, they're not allowing people to crop a naked picture so that its not x rated. AKA because the guys were naked in the original, they're not allowing you to use them as your avatar.

I assume your background pic falls into the same situation. Your new profile pic does not, because they're clearly wearing shirts.

It should apply regardless of the gender of the people in question. It's not about being homophobic. Is it too much considering the new picture wasn't x rated? Perhaps. But do you really need to use naked people for your avatar instead of other pictures like the one you have now? You can find shirtless men who weren't naked in the original picture if you really want

On another note, if they gave you a violation when it had been approved before, that's silly

And Obama, even if I cropped it to their heads you could still reverse image search it and find that they're gay stars. Which is ALLEGEDLY why I'm getting this vio and ban.

You should clearly see that it's borderline (at the least) and there's no reason why you can't crop it to only include their heads or whatever
