This image has been approved by the previous admin (bronto) and it was no vio'd and approved in at least 5 reports in the last 3 months. It was removed with no reason given by "oliver". I told him that it was already approved, and I reploaded it. He then banned me for 24 hours and removed it again. He said the precedent has changed because this time they reverse image searched it and naked pictures came up. SO?! I'm not using those pictures. I've been using THAT one. The censored one that shows nothing.
If Google was going to take down Epic Mafia over a censored picture they would have done it in the 3 months that it's been my avatar. This is clearly an attack on me and my sexual orientation. Nobody would know these men were nude below the waist unless they reverse image searched it. And why would they do that, unless they WANTED to see them naked? You literally had to SEARCH for a way to give me a violation. oliver and gennehfarrxD should be reprimanded and my ban should be lifted, as well as my violation. This is a clear abuse of power and it's a personal attack against me and my sexual orientation.

We believe this violation is an abuse of power and that the avatar is NOT inappropriate and does NOT violate the rules of EpicMafia.
This mod clearly feels some threat towards his sexuality just because MikeyRu is comfortable with his.
EM has a surprisingly large LGBT community of players, of which I am one of them, and it's just plain disappointing to see a single voice's absurdly backwards views being upholded. This mod's decision comes at the expense of MikeyRu's, mine, and no doubt many other's discomfort and wariness of trust when it comes to mods and their abuse of the power structure implemented on this site.

The rule explicitly states "Avatar has pornographic content or is highly offensive." That's not pornographic (and it doesn't matter if the full picture was, its cropped to remove pornographic content thus making it ok) so... in order to defend the vio you're arguing that the picture is offensive.
