This image has been approved by the previous admin (bronto) and it was no vio'd and approved in at least 5 reports in the last 3 months. It was removed with no reason given by "oliver". I told him that it was already approved, and I reploaded it. He then banned me for 24 hours and removed it again. He said the precedent has changed because this time they reverse image searched it and naked pictures came up. SO?! I'm not using those pictures. I've been using THAT one. The censored one that shows nothing.
If Google was going to take down Epic Mafia over a censored picture they would have done it in the 3 months that it's been my avatar. This is clearly an attack on me and my sexual orientation. Nobody would know these men were nude below the waist unless they reverse image searched it. And why would they do that, unless they WANTED to see them naked? You literally had to SEARCH for a way to give me a violation. oliver and gennehfarrxD should be reprimanded and my ban should be lifted, as well as my violation. This is a clear abuse of power and it's a personal attack against me and my sexual orientation.

We believe this violation is an abuse of power and that the avatar is NOT inappropriate and does NOT violate the rules of EpicMafia.
Please avoid posting images that are borderline inappropriate images as well(The ones that almost show their willy), I'm trying to avoid giving a violation for a harmless mistake and you should at least respect that there are mods trying to discuss about the situation instead of attacking everyone in the team.
Another bullsh*t violation. What's new in mod land? The process needs to be changed for appeals I think

That's fair enough, but why not being proactive and speaking to genneh/oliver about this first?
As a fairly new moderator who has no past experience with modding I don't know much about what does or what doesn't violate google ToS, and I wasn't around for the first time Bronto approved of Mikey's image. I personally have no problem with the image at all, I'm just saying there could've been a much smoother way to deal with this. Your sexuality is your business, and whether or not you're gay or straight is not my problem. I'm sorry if you took this thing the wrong way, the mods who dealt with your report have no ill-will towards you or homosexuals.
That being said, we're discussing this issue atm so please, again, I implore you to remain patient. Thanks for taking the time to make this thread. Ciao.
