Hello,

I think you should remove custom lobbies effect on fame list. For instance, most points parts is deserved by SuperNova and I dont think its fair now. Other lists like percentages, achievements, honor roles are also 'broken' lists, all lists are pointless now, because of the abuse from custom lobbies.

I want to add that its not about me, and actually making fame list based only on main lobby probably removes me from the only fame list I exist, most points list, because most of my points are in old training lobby.

I've seriously been saying this forever. People coming into winrate boards having 100% winrates from farming lobbies really me off.

Clarification of implication of quote:

I did not think anyone would bother, ie. my point was purely theoretical-I wasn't saying that anyone has/hasn't but rather I did not think anyone would.

The fact that apparently people have is lol though

You cannot be judge and jury over a case where you haven't even evaluated all the evidence. In this case, I am the one who has evaluated more of it that anyone else. Your assumption is wrong. Now that you can see more of the details of this case (that I didn't feel like I needed to reveal to the community) I hope you and others can look back on EMO as a good thing for the community. I think that is all I have to say about this topic now.

Not to say that I think anyone actually bothers because I doubt anyone cares about EMO to the extent of throwing games, but the system is without a doubt an active incentive to play against win condition.

Implication of quote: I do not think this has actually happened.

THAT is philosophically sound against your bad logical assumption.

I told everyone that if they were found cheating by the mod team for the incentive that you just stated, that not only would they be banned from that EMO, but the next one as well. I have said this several times to those who have joined EMO. Your point against me and my intentions is invalid. If you think people GTed, report them, create a pastebin, let the mods decide if there was cheating or not. I get what you are saying about EMO having the potential to promote GT, and yes, your logic is sound.

"But did you diiiiiie?"

Did it ever happen? I checked a few accusations of it the people brought to me on skype. There is a difference between talking about the scores and the situation, pre and post game, than actually doing it. I can tell you after several reviews it didn't happen as much as people think it did. If it did and I didn't see it, oh well. I never promoted game throwing. Don't assume that I did. I sent warnings out against it. Therefore, EMO didn't promote GT either. THAT is philosophically sound against your bad logical assumption.

Explanation:

Picture yourself in a competitive game, let's say Jan 2.0. You are mafia with two people on other teams in EMO. The town is composed primarily of people on your team in EMO. Depending on how much you value winning in EMO, you are actively incentivized to play against your win condition.

Not to say that I think anyone actually bothers because I doubt anyone cares about EMO to the extent of throwing games, but the system is without a doubt an active incentive to play against win condition.

As for the accusation that I game throw, go f yrslf, I don't cheat or encourage crap like that. Game throwing and point farming is what this entire thread is about, and if I was for Game Throwing I would have gone into my custom lobbies two years ago and troll the point board to get #1. I've known about this for a long time and didn't do it cause it wasn't ethical. So again, f u, Tatami for even thinking I promote GT.

You missed the entire point.

You do not intentionally incentivize people to throw games-it's an unintended side effect of EMO.

I am not accusing you of throwing/cheating or intentionally incentivizing others to; I am very sure it is unintentional. It is just very ironic because as you said-the point of the thread is to preserve integrity.

Lucid has responded ... but he hasn't made a hard affirmation on what to do with this. He knows about the situation, and said the changes are doable. Sorry, I've know about this for a few days now, I am just burned out that we even had to do all this. I am removing everyone from Chronic & Crunk so that other people have a chance to family run to the #1 spot, I think that, the family running needs to be reborn, embraced, and enjoyed by the community, and that cannot be done if first place isn't even obtainable. – As for the accusation that I game throw, go f yrslf, I don't cheat or encourage crap like that.
