Since the New Roles thread has become overwhelmed with self-advertising, I think a poll would encourage more discussion. I'm using a list I was given for the options in the poll, so sorry in advance if your role isn't on there.

any non-visiting role is automatically unaffected, which includes oracle. if a role can't be roleblocked, that's because it doesn't visit (which isn't a good system, but that's how it works right now)
most of the roles you listed don't visit, so they're already excluded by design

I want this to be a thing because driving mafia into their kill was the single best part of Town of Salem back when I played that.

I guess to that possibly add oracle since they're supposed to be immune to roleblocks, though the monkey could still set their own on-death reveal in addition to the oracle having one.

Mortician, Pathologist, Loudmouth (I'm not sure it self-visits but if it does), Jailer, Priest, Treestump, Lover, Cupid, Warlock, Mistletoe, Prophet, Werewolf, Amnesiac, Illusionist, Disguiser, , Interrogator, Driver Not sure if they count as having a night action but other roles that shouldn't have their night effects imitated; bomb, tinkerer, turncoat, samurai, dreamer, granny, consigliere, politician
Maybe (technically it could copy these onto a new target but it would be strange): Old Maid (swap roles with target, they become monkey) Mimic (monkey becomes blue/target's role) Yakuza (monkey dies and makes their target mafia) Cult/Mason (monkey cults/masons their target, would only work on lone cult/mason) Angel (monkey could possibly apply a one-night angel protection to a target at risk of their own death?)
For tailor, forger, and voodoo lady you'd have to just let the monkey redirect what they mafia member picks for suit/new will/voodoo word if you make it possible to imitate these roles since obviously the monkey can't give that input at night.
For roles with two night actions (most mafia, santa, baker) i guess you could either set a priority on which night action to copy first or you could do both to the "Monkey Do" target, though a lot of those become pointless if you're killing the target.
For Clockmaker monkey could still imitate a kill but obviously the clockwork that follows shouldn't be imitated.
when attempting to copy an action that doesn't apply to monkey (lover, clockmaker, wolf, angel, self-visiting roles like priest and lm), the monkey could receive a system message such as "You try to copy [name], but don't understand how they do it!" Which makes sense, because you can only realistically copy an action, not a feature (like wolf immunity).
that shouldn't be possible, but then again neither should drunk be able to block the entire mafia. there are a lot of existing inconsistencies with role logic. arsonist also doesn't visit (even though description says it does and it only makes sense that it would), so it can't be drunked and can violate key protection. the whole visiting system needs fixing.
collective meetings should be carried out as long as at least one person from the meeting is able to do it. if 2 mafia vote to kill and 1 is drunked, there's no reason the other should be blocked as well. if there's 1 mafia and he's drunked, it makes sense he wouldn't be able to kill.
this should apply to all roles including monkey, so monkey would only redirect a mafia kill if he's on the one mafia that performs it, not if there's another mafia to correct it.
monkey is more of a one-night mimic, acting as their copied role. this could be used to get cop reports after cop has been outed, save a revealed doctor by standing in as a doctor, etc. the monkey would be performing the actions, not the target.
doesn't say so in the description. i think the intention was to copy the action so it would happen twice.
yeah i can see this doing a lot of weird stuff. like, if monkey see targets a lover night one, does the monkey love someone..? It's croned's role, I guess see what he thinks.

he copies the action of his "Monkey see" target, not redirects it. So if the monkey picks the cop for "Monkey See" then both he and the cop will get separate reports.
