i dont think moderating is broken at the core, i just think the rapid shift in admins (im pretty certain it went from riot -> ark -> arcbell -> bronto -> vancy -> jasprar just this year) has led to a lack of cohesion in the moderation team and its not going to be fixed without a whole new team chosen by a new admin.

from a user perspective, i don't care who is a moderator if i can trust them. i don't feel like i can trust cheaters or creeps.
