Claiming virgin as fool is taking the lowest of low hanging fruit and whomever does it gets kick from my next game. I don't hold grudges on it though.
Yeah, that's basically what I do. I kick them from one game after telling them they're punished for their actions.

I also agree with sl0nderman though. It *usually* easy to identify a fool claiming virgin.

the onus is on the town to pay closer attention to the lynches. if you're just going to afk and sheep the vote, don't complain that someone snatched up an easy win at your expense.

Truthfully, people trying to change things that are "so sandbox" (in the unofficial sandbox code of conduct) is so lame. If someone claims virgin as fool, you beat them up irl. 'nuff said
