Considering it's sandbox, I do not see any issue with it. If people fall for it, that's their fault. There should be no punishment as far as I'm concerned, that's just silly. Bar the social ones, but as stated before me, that's up to the people.
It's the supreme WIFOM, error. Claiming fool as virgin makes people not want to lynch you, but the mafia believe you're open to scumsiding. Just ask the mafia to whisper to you in a 3-way as virgin and then lynch them instead.
it's always permissible. it exists within the game mechanics to be taken advantage of. the onus is on the rest of town to make an informed decision about who they're lynching.
in theory, no one should be punished for it. however, there is no rule that prohibits game hosts from punishing perceived offenders.
it's a moot point unworthy of argument because there's no way something like this will ever be enumerated or codified outside the court of public opinion. all you can do as a host is deal with it as you see fit, and that's well within your right.

Never said anywhere that I think this will solve any issues. I literally stated that its a place to discuss issues if people want to. Separate threads can be made by whoever, whenever.
This is all voluntary, and if people don't like it, they don't have to participate at all.
