Since some users dislike the political discussions on the Sandbox lobby wall, I’ve decided to make a serious thread where people can discuss political issues/tangentially-related discourse.
Please keep name-calling to a minimum and remember that site rules still apply. While this “debate” is not technically “moderated,” I reserve the right to mute anyone who decides to make this thread all about Jamal or Neanderthals or whatever.

sexual assault victim blaming now, huh? i guess i should've known this was where this was going. but anyway there has been serious lashback from righties like you towards these women so i really don't think they would have "faked" these allegations just to get sh*t from people claiming they did it to ruin lives
then you must be blind then bc men are CONSTANTLY calling themselves "superior" to women and will literally exclude women from groups solely for the reason that theyre WOMEN
if you don't see any of that then you are seriously unaware or living under a rock because it happens everywhere, everyday, and is on the news ALL the time.
yeah I don't see any men just going around hating women for being women. I don't see men taking advantage of women just because of women.
The United States is a terrible example of a place of where women have "oppression" as compared to places in the middle East where women have no rights, and are used as property.
Like seriously, people in America play the oppression card for ... being able to buy and use a man's razor?
the thing is is that ur refusing to look at the bigger picture here. sexism exists in so many subsets that are influenced and caused by other things. you don't really need deep analyzation skills to see that women are worse off then men tho bcus the facts are right there lol
my argument is that there is no societal difference between men and women, and you guys are on the defensive and saying that women don't have as good of lives as men, even despite the "50 privileges" video, and the proofs you just offered that anybody can use whichever products they want, and nothing is necessarily FORCED onto women for extra money.
sexism plays a large part in propaganda and the way things are marketed. in the area of gendered products it encourages us to buy the products meant for our sex and shame those who don't
it's still in there. The razor I use looks like a hotel one with one blade. The one that I have in the mirror closet has 3 blades, an intricate grip, and a rolling head. I am pretty sure the one that came in the house is more expensive than the one I use, not because it is a women's razor, but because of the usability, durability, and features.

you ever see those unnecessarily gendered products? like MENs soap and stuff that just has a "FOR MEN" label slapped onto it when it doesnt need to be?
