You seem to miss the fact that Phoenixi had less lost games than Memoji at the moment he played the game where he got his first GT vio and that I gave a reason why he played like this on that game.
Oh I already knew this when they unanimously decided that they know better than others because they're moderators on a site and forgot that they're still equal jurors under the law.
After that was rejected and the personal insults started coming in it was already over.
Spending money elsewhere though, that counts. It's MY money, I bought a different game instead.
The mod team won't ever go back on its decisions. Occasionally, single moderators get their decisions overturned, but once multiple moderators publically agree with each other their decision will never change.
You don't have any power over the moderators. Why would they do what you want? Even if you lay out exactly why their decision was wrong, them changing their mind will make them look even worse because it will mean they're admitting that they made a mistake. There are plenty of examples of moderators making bad decisions, the entire community (other than the other mods) publicly disagreeing with them, and them still not changing their decision.
Think about the frame of mind of a person that would want to be a moderator, but wouldn't want to change their mind once proven wrong. Once you do that it will be obvious why there is no point hoping that their decision will change.
There is nothing you can do to make the moderator team do anything.
If they did something you disagree with then don't bother trying to get anything done about it.
for reference, no one is mad at jonsnow for disagreeing with us because he's been completely transparent about his opinion, has voiced it with his own reasoning, and then subsequently did not try to say the team is disavowing or ignoring his opinion.

memoji's vio has been a subject for like 3 days now and we actually waited about half a day for any mods who weren't online to get online and voice their opinions if they disagreed with us. if your first instinct when working on a team when given multiple opportunities to communicate your opinion is to immediately go around us and then try to badmouth the team, you are the problem, not us.

actually if she's gonna be online to pm the admin but actively "not read" mod chat then get defensive when we rightfully insinuate she is throwing us under the bus without communicating whatsoever in the first place, i don't think it's a stretch to say she is projecting her failure to communicate onto us
Whats the huge deal in her making it public? Why do the other mods think that their opinion is stronger than the 90% of us who think this is an issue? My theory is that even if it was discussed privately they'd talk down her ideas like she was a puppet, and that her opinion on this wouldn't be swayed because the other half is so sh!t faced from how much a.ss they're kissing.
No I commented. Ping me if it's a trophied player. Someone said the mods were unanimous but Jon and I disagreed. I just had no idea this was a thing until this forum came up. I read it, messaged jon asking why he thinks its gt. He said he didnt and we agreed to PM nathan about it. He never answered us but he posted in modchat since then.
Tbh I don't wanna intrude or anything but if Shoopie has a problem with a veredict they should prob discuss it privately before causing an uproar and if the mod team has a problem with the way Shoopie handles things that could probably be resolved privately too? Unless you guys are only in mod team to roast each other publicly (I don't judge)
as far as i can see only one mod has commented on it here.
it wasn't just shoopie that caused the uproar though everyone was fully ready to support it, i think shoopie is just there to make people believe that "not all the mods are " kind of like the bussing tactic people like to use.
Kerry, it’s more of how Shoopie works. She time and time again remains silent on issues in mod chat until the issue is public and then in order to garner positive attention, she proceeds to always take on the general populations consensus in order to be liked. When asked in mod chat about issues, she voices no disagreeance. Once it’s public, she immediately becomes this outspoken Robin Hood and will completely turn her back on everything she was passive on before. I’m not even a mod and I see her do it constantly. Users mad at Mod X? Well, you’re in luck, Shoopie now suddenly has the same issue with Mod X as long as she can complain about it publicly, of course. Hey Shoopie, your thoughts on this verdict? *silence* Public: WE HATE THIS VERDICT Shoopie: ya lmfao this mod team is so FÛCKING DUMBBBB
