MisterPresident didn't vote and unvote super quick, I should clarify. There was no reason for you to unvote there, much less to switch to your hooker.
MisterPresident kept his vote for several seconds at last, someone even had the time to comment, then you went and hammered your hooker. Sorry but it's inexcusable and it should be refunded.

This is my screen. The long name (MisterPresident) cause one vote drop its line, the sort in game as my screen was different with this preview sorting. But its a buggy I'm sure that you guys got the same before. Again, I did not vote my hooker on purpose.

I don't need you to not play your last game, this game should be refunded and we should have a fair fight out of it. That's all.

Plus now you're saying you were trying to vote The Courier, when in night meeting you said you were trying to vote Baller.

You had a bunch of time to vote right. Your defense makes no sense. Your excuse is that you tried to vote sheriff, voting sheriff there makes no sense either.
And no, your "refund" doesn't work because I should have one more win. That was a win, you put us in a great disadvantage. And it didn't even cost you because you were playing on your alt. That's the point. I'm running and you were playing on an alt, when you're running on your main. I should have dodged.

Again, I did not use my Phoenixi as a GT account in running this round. It wasn't my play style.

As I explained in the game. That was my misclick on hooker since you guys keep flip the votes, and some name is longer than the rest which made my screen glitch (I did not turn on the full screen option of the game - I use Safari on Mac). I was trying to vote TheCourier, not my hooker but the list glitch and I misclicked.

Hopes it explained the reason I voted hooker, it was an accident but the town trusted me based on that accident and hammered the cop - who I cc'd.

In your analysis you forget that the hooker wasn't just lynched, MisterPresident was clear and trying to Lynch someone else, and while Phoenix had plenty of time to vote literally anyone else, he went and hammered our hooker.
When questioned, he says he tried to vote the sheriff. This is clearly an excuse. A sheriff vote doesn't make sense there.

I messaged blacksnakemoan with this game. In fact I messaged other mods and other players asking for their opinion before this was reported. I would have reported myself but I wanted to know what people thought first. The reason why this was reported was because he quickhammered the hooker when the hammer was on town - There was no reason for him to do that. He wouldn't have done that on his running alt.
Everyone else that's read this game agrees it was sketchy, specially since it's him on his alt against another runner.
Can the game be refunded please?

For the time being, this is just a lack of communication, bsm didn't think it was needed to inform the users about what was actually going on.

Even when this is unvio'ed, as it obviously will be as anyone can see it isn't gamethrow, I'd like an explanation as to why it was ever seen as a violation in the first place!

I'm going to break this down for you:

D1: Sheriff shot blue.

N1: I decided not to vest Sheriff due to his hipfire, and the fact that he was not a very good user and so decided to random vest Mister.

D2: Mister was HIT, clearing him. Hooker was lynched.

N2: I decided to finally vest the Sheriff - BallerCharles.

D3: I was killed, and then the nilla was lynched.

D4: TheCourier, another blue died, and the two Cop claims went head-to-head. Pheonix was the most convincing and the real Cop was lynched.

N4: Pheonix was on a win if he managed to guess which individual, Mister or BallerCharles, was vested. As I had vested Mister earlier, and expressed my dislike for Baller's game style - it was extremely reasonable to believe Mister was vested.

D5: Pheonix hit vested Sheriff and was lynched.

No gamethrow whatsoever.

For the moment, until the verdict is either sustained or OTed Memoji will be allowed to play on that account but not on his alt.

I know it looks weird but he was the only active mod during that time and he was asked by someone who is running to look into the game and deal with the report.

The verdict is currently being analyzed and it will take some time.

Don't even try me - Mod abuser, it is clear as bloody day that there was no gamethrow/trolling yet you issue a violation and have him removed from the leaderboard. Disgusting abuse of power.
