if someone feels unable to voice an opposing opinion it brings into question, how open is the mod chat to these opinions? stepping down does nothing, discussion opens up grounds to find out why this is occuring

as opposed to being comfortable talking complete sh!t in modchat and making wrong decisions constantly like ur pal

If she’s uncomfortable being a moderator in mod chat then she can step down lmfao
I'm super curious what cultchat looks like when they're trumping up excuses to deny somebody something they earned.

that’s not actually what i was saying
she’s allowed to disagree, but you’d think someone that had a problem with a verdict that the mod team discussed for 13 hours would come to mod chat and express that opinion or attempt to change the outcome if she feels this passionately about it. she has yet to actually weigh in on it in the mod chat or respond to our lengthy conversation on it because playing mod saviour in the forums is more important than actually modding apparently
i have no problem with conflicting ideals within the mod team but i have issues with people that refuse to discuss those issues in mod chat and instead throw a fit on the forums over it
has anyone asked her why she does that? is she uncomfortable voicing her opinion in mod chat?

Kerry it’s not hard to piece together when every time there’s an issue the mod team is always confused by Shoopie saying things she’s never said before lol

Kerry, it’s more of how Shoopie works. She time and time again remains silent on issues in mod chat until the issue is public and then in order to garner positive attention, she proceeds to always take on the general populations consensus in order to be liked. When asked in mod chat about issues, she voices no disagreeance. Once it’s public, she immediately becomes this outspoken Robin Hood and will completely turn her back on everything she was passive on before. I’m not even a mod and I see her do it constantly. Users mad at Mod X? Well, you’re in luck, Shoopie now suddenly has the same issue with Mod X as long as she can complain about it publicly, of course. Hey Shoopie, your thoughts on this verdict? *silence* Public: WE HATE THIS VERDICT Shoopie: ya lmfao this mod team is so FÛCKING DUMBBBB

er... what did she even say in that post to rile you guys up
Ally's post might as well have been "stop embarrassing us and comply".

My point is 5 people discussed it and disregard what 25 other people are saying on something that is too strict considering the numbers. I'm not saying give up the rules sites dead. I'm saying when 25 (BASICALLY THE ENTIRE SITE) people are saying something maybe bend your thinking a bit and keep an open mind.
Why argue intent? He was trying to push a lynch on mori before claiming they were hooker. The intent was clear but it doesn't matter looks like.
you know you’re in mod chat right
pretty sure she has a life outside discord and epicmafia. why does it always have to be shoopie and jon snow to always clean up the mess.

if epicmafia was a democracy it would burn to the ground in about 10 minutes
Better the mods never evolve to actually be healthy for this site, just continue the slow burn while acting like you're competent at what this site needs.
you don't know what caused his behaviour to change though this is the critical point, inexplicable means there is a reasonable doubt because the intention is simply unclear, whereas the events where he was scolded for it are much more clear - events which people have repeatedly told you are wrong.
edit; personal attacks on my person here just makes u look like a bunch of cartoons tbh im surprised that you took that angle three times in a row.
1. Memoji didn't know he'd get disqualified for two vios because it had to be explained.
2. His first vio was a grudge lynch.
3. His second was not a grudge.
4. Why are you commenting on the 19th page of a thread you haven't read?
5. We paused it to look into the other runners.
6. Memoji didn't grudge lynch anyone on his running account, didn't get any violations, didn't get reported for throwing. He got reported twice on his alt, so obviously he plays differently there. The only other explanation is that while playing on his alt, he inexplicably became an idiot twice in one week.
