if epicmafia was a democracy it would burn to the ground in about 10 minutes

and tbh a lot more non-mods who also have opinions and would be able to serve on juries equally with you have decided that it was not worthy of a gt vio
and yet you reject this proposal and therefore are exposing a blatant bias to mods.

the decision on the memoji gt vio was almost unanimous if not unanimous and was settled before reset

actually we paused the round to look at the top 3's games, but okay
but then they would have explicitly stated that the reason was grudging someone so as to avoid this confusion in the first place also no i don't think it is fair to say that because it is an intuitive thing that someone might grudge after another game that they would do so in the next one.
it is also impossible to prove and so it 'must' be a gut reaction from mods if your opinion is true.
Mods give a GT vio if you deliberately play for certain person's win or loss over yourself for reasons that don't come from the game you're currently playing.
Also, I've looked for history of report filed by Phoenixi and Memoji and I found some GT reports that, according to their descriptions, could be handled as a newbie play. Phoenixi, aware that it could be GT to hammer his hooker and that he has already got a game related vio in this round, knowing the consequences, would he risk throwing against another runner?
The pause is a questionable thing, that I bet mods were discussing for a little of time as they opinions were split, they were looking for something else about Phoenixi to decide whether to vio or not. Ally said that that the verdict is given by mods and it's a GT vio as Phoenixi's playstyle was visibly different. blacksnakemoan pointed out a game where Phoenixi led a lynch on MrNice out of grudge and it was noted what kind of account Phoenixi was. It was followed by the previous game where Phoenixi assumed MrNice threw a game against him.
However, I see that Phoenixi still plays for his win condition. He wanted MrNice lynched regardless of his alignment as he believed this mislynch would help him win the game, although it warranted a GT vio due to grudge. His caps shows his determination, which can be found in some of Memoji games as well. He still had much more reason to win than lose the game, as he had won 10 games and lost 6 (I was wrong previously saying 5, I didn't include the loss in MrNice game) while as Memoji he had won 13 games and lost 7. So he had more hearts to play out and a chance to reach more points as Phoenixi over Memoji.
I have never seen Phoenixi trying to intentionally lose his game, even in the one he got his first GT vio, as explained above.
Phoenixi's play differs in that he doesn't give a fùck on that account. He showed that with his first vio in the round: https://epicmafia.com/report/253532
In that one he instantly grudge votes a town player and GTs by starting the BW on them.
By that time, Phoenixi had 10 wins and 5 losses till this moment, so stop telling us that he decided it would be his throwing account if he could run on this.
I'm OK with explaining verdicts to you and other users, but if you're going to continue to twist what I say, I'm just going to stop communicating and you can try guess why I or another mod has done something.
Nowhere did I say this was a toss account.
I'm sorry. I was in hurry at that moment I posted and just put what came to my mind without thinking about it twice.
hey guys site is dying lets not use our brains and be contrarians XD

My point is 5 people discussed it and disregard what 25 other people are saying on something that is too strict considering the numbers. I'm not saying give up the rules sites dead. I'm saying when 25 (BASICALLY THE ENTIRE SITE) people are saying something maybe bend your thinking a bit and keep an open mind.
Why argue intent? He was trying to push a lynch on mori before claiming they were hooker. The intent was clear but it doesn't matter looks like.
lets have a vote on hipfire and the hell yeah strategy next
very valid strategy that should be allowed because the majority find it fun and the site is dying
I personally wouldn't care but which majority is that? The red heart? Runners don't like hipfires.
There wasn't enough there to call it an INTENTIONAL gt. Prezzy didn't get a spam vio either and nobody went out of their way to speak of their concern about him.

Perhaps an easy fix would only be letting you play on the account you're running, then again, people could still throw on secret alts.

It wasn't throwing. But hey you're still trophying and he's still claiming to quit comp and I still think this was a stupid verdict and none of it will change.
