Discounting the 2 reports from 40 months ago, he has 2 recent GRS reports which is barely a history. Even if you count that as history, Edark made a wrong assumption, sure. We all make mistakes. At least he's trying hard to be as fair as he can be. He could have stopped with sustaining the appeal and not looked any further but no, he's read what you've said and discussed it with me which is the most you can ask for. You really have no case to be mad. Edark's a good mod.
edit: here's your update, we brought it up with the admins and i think one of them will give you a reply shortly. Edark and I ended up agreeing with you on the statement that if he shot mafia, he very likely would have put up a vote instead of suiciding.
Btw, just so you know pranay, Edark is probably the person helping you the most behind the scenes. Him and I are the only ones discussing the report and bothering to read what you say. So if I were you, I would quit with the "mod circlejerk" "mods who helped you" crap, sit there and wait. Thanks! Rest assured we're actually bringing it to the admins as well.

Why don't you talk about the grs that happened 1 month ago? Is that also 41 months old? There have been many cases where you got the benefit of doubt. Why is an admin not responding to this? Why are you defending here?
How does it matter if it is old? You still have history of it. And you have a recent grs vio as well. There is no argument you have to defend your grs history. Doesn't matter if it is old. You did it. You are a terrible person, you have been banned and you ban evaded a lot.
