I think it's pretty obvious from seeing that two of your reports in evidence are 41 months old and hold no bearing, that one was from me leaving to go ban obvious banned user in my game, and the 4th being a vio I almost didn't get because it was borderline, that I actually don't really have this prolific history you speak of.

And in none of the 4 reports you linked is there a suicide due to a game reason. 2 are 41 months ago when I was new to the site and dumb. One was because I was bored to death and the game was only two minutes in. The other one I suicided because I was being harassed by a banned user so I left to go ban them. None of these are "Oh better leave before I lose!"

Also, in case you can't read, I came back thinking I'd be able to play, saw a PR hard claim and quick shot for illusionist before they shot PR. Read a little of the game AND WAS called back outside. At that point when I went outside my mom told me to get my wallet with my license so we could go by my aunts to get jumper cables so I come back inside, grab my wallet, go to the computer, apologize, and leave. Game related suicide? No.

Still no answer from mods or admin regarding how blatantly jeff grsd and how blatantly edark lied to close the appeal as soon as possible. Out of all the reports at that time, he closed this. Because you can't appeal an appeal. All you need is 2 mod friends.

Well yes when he gets emotional which he didnt in this game atleast. He also mans up/doesnt defend himself when thats the case. Also he was afk the whole d2 which points to, atleast IMO, that he wasnt intending to yolo shoot for mafia and random vote if he actually hit mafia.

Like the problem here is that we can never know for sure if someone is telling the truth or not and have to look at the bigger picture. It might seem somewhat biased but if we do know this person and trust them then why would we choose to vio him for the sole purpose to "take on for the team", even though we know that person wouldnt do it? For other players we dont have the luxury of actually knowing their intentions so its very hard to tell someones intent.

Was that wrong and bias of me? Perhaps, but I rather look at it as the correct way to mod instead of being strict. The true problem here is that I do not know everyone but I do my best to be lenient when I can. From a bystanders point of view it might seem biased but in the end of the day we're just doing our best and we limit the amount of wrongfull "convictions". Thats my personal opinion that does not represent the mod team btw.

And again, sometimes we might need to sui in scummy times but actually jeff had two fair tickets to get out, sui before shot or just vote and die. Even if he did not have those chances, this case is a grs vio. But given that he also denied those fair tickets to get out, this is a much more clear grs vio.
