This is a blatant mod-circlejerk-defend each other situation. If we had a fair management here, all mods involved in this would directly be kicked out of the system for abuse.
He grsd because of gane related reason and not because of harassment here. And grs is grs. He has a very bad history of grs. How can you give benefit of doubt to this person?
Can it be not grs in reality? Yes. But thats true about all grs violations. Sometimes we really lose connection or we have to go especially when it looks like its done by game related reasons. But they are rare and stay in violation limits. They still needs to get a grs vio to keep things straight. I even have one like that. (its here https://epicmafia.com/report/164705 )
"Benefit of doubt" became a new phrasing for "he is a mod friend." The only reason you give that doubt is your friend. Period.
That report is a case that you can teach grs violation to new players. "See bud, if you see this its grs."
There are a lof of cases which people did not get benefit of doubts, which people got vios in suicide situations that are much less grs-looking.
They dont really throw me anywhere tbh, Im just quite active on the forums and Im not afraid to argue my stances. Im problably the most active dude on the forums regardless.

Edark, let the mod team that lets you down and alone handle this. You're the only mod rn that dares to speak professionally and have a a srs convo about complaints. let your mod team and admins handle tense situations bc ur a nice dude and they ALWAYS throw you to the lions
All the times he confessed was when he had no way out. There are several cases where he was given the benefit of doubt because he made up similar reasons.
And as stated he hasnt once tried to cover up one of his suicides nor has he suicides due to himself failing. It was mostly due to anger so he doesnt have a history of GRS for this reason atleast.
Well we both realize that he had a legitimate reason to leave and he didnt lie about it.
Now the question is if he:
1. Had to go which made him shoot so he could yolo one last time and leave a vote up, which failed so he just left. This would be GRS.
2. Was somewhat busy the entire day, shoot and then afterwards realized that he couldnt countinue to play this game because he was busy so he suicided, regardless of whom he actually shot.
The second makes more sense if you take into consideration that he was afk the entire day and it took him 2 mins after he actually shot to suicide, which is why I sustained the report.
