You can not deny that he obviously copied lines from Skype from Pranay into the game. That much is clear - he even admits it. The timestamps match the time in the game when it happened, as well.

Naw its different. My case wasnt well formed due to my confidence that i was right and not seeing the value of making a play-by-play. There is no denying it now because shini fucked up and slipped.

I believe both parties usually get a cheating violation in cases like this. A 24 hour suspension is the best route, but certainly taking a closer look at other reports might not be a bad idea either... I find it interesting that Shini claims to not know who Bolsh was, except that less than 24 hours later, he was calling him "Elo" in a game of Dethy...

He is cheating, I am SURE that he has done it multiple times before, he should get banned.

I dont think a ban is needed here. This is only one instance of cheating that can be proven. Pranay should get a cheating vio and shini should get an OGI vio at the very least though. The reason i reported pranay is simply because he is the one who tried to put the words in shinis mouth and shini went along with it. I cant prove that shini was asking pranay for the game related information that he gave. Everything else is speculation---even if i actually think they cheated together several times.

Pranay is guilty, I think it is wise to ban him at this point. I suspected him of cheating for a long time, but now it's pretty much proven... sad story :(

This is even funnier than the last time. Pranay doesn't even have anything to do with this lol. Why is he reported? I don't even talk to him anymore. What I wanted to actually say in the game was this - bolsh probably got himself lawyered because pranay trusted him more. I used the skype text box to type things during the night or even the day. While i was doing that, i saw the last message from pranay which was this :[4:22:26 PM] pranay: bolsh is probably a banned user (http://puu.sh/3jchv). When I copied that on the text box, I realized it might piss bolsh off whom at the time I thought was abc, and I was mafia and he wasn't fossing me. I backspaced to erase it, but I didn't notice timestamps were copied too, so I saw the word "bolsh" and the timestamps were beyond the screen, which is what I backspaced upto and then typed the rest. Anyway, I was mafia and having copied all of that would make me confirmed scum so I tried backpedalling in game.

If a non-mod site user wants to file a report for a violation, they must do so within 7 days of the game or rule breaking. -- this is 3 weeks old
