Okay so, I officially committed to a college today. I'll be going there in the fall. A majority of my knowledge about college comes from stuff that I've seen in TV shows, movies and have heard from random people. For those of you who are actually enrolled in a university right now, how is it like and what should I expect?

If you live in a dorm, live in Colorado and your RA won't care anyway
dorming is the right choice. be social and make friends with the people on your floor. do you normally wouldn't do and befriend people who you normally wouldn't have hung out with. College is a whole new dynamic.

Everyone should experience dorm life for at least one year when first starting university. It's fun to live with this community and see the same people every day.

or your roommate. basically just try and **** everything
Focus on school and getting good grades, all I can tell you really :) Ask people and check professor sites to see if your professor is okay or a jerk. There's a big difference between a jerk professor and a hard one--stay away from the jerks as much as you possibly can. :)
