are all cis women asexual for having a lower sex drive?
No, because that is the heterosexual normal. Remember, LGBTQ+ is all based on relativity to the hetero/cis normal. That's what makes them different.
LGBT ≠ ∀ person ∈ ¬Heterosexual
What?
Anyways, Ulma, the lines for sexual norms are drawn very dark and wide. I (we) DO have a line for it.
People who are cisgendered and heterosexual+heteroromantic are the norm. If you are asexual, you cannot fall under heterosexuality by definition. You may be heteroromantic, but you'd lack one of the three needed to fall under the norm.
Name anything that you consider too grey/not definded and I'll be able to define it perfectly for you.
ace people exist in a way that's outside society's expected norm, just like lgbt people. ace people get scoffed at for breaking that norm, just like lgbt people.
i will say the whole oppression olympics thing really brings me down and is one part of the reason why ive distanced myself from queer spaces as ive matured.
in my own experience ace folk dont face the same level of bigotry that lgbt people do, though there are certainly incidents im aware of where ace folk have experienced extreme prejudice/violence because of their identity. corrective r ape is sadly still a thing. with all that wholistically in mind, i tend to think of them as included in the queer umbrella.
corrective r)pe??? where do you live to have you witnessed this? Dubai?

For men that is caused by lower testosterone levels, that's why men will report a major decline in their sex drives & balls shrinking for women it's caused by lower estrogen levels.
Not some god damn asexual bs lol
Not always. Sometimes it is mental or biological (born without the necessary hormone recievers), and even if it IS just due to low testo/estro, how does that not make them asexual?
If someone was gay due to high estrogen, does that not make them gay?
yeah... the point I and (maybe vapid) are trying to make is; being asexual is most definetly a thing, it can be biologically proven (lack of hormones) however, there is no oppression you face NOT wanting to have sex.
the reason LGBT makes sense is because when a person is openly gay, lesbian, has a sex change or cross-dresses they're sometimes met with disgust, dirty looks, they may be assaulted, they may lose out on job opportunities etc...
You not wanting to fk anyone doesn't matter, Nuns & priests (maybe not priests lol) have been doing this for CENTURIES
don't think you meant to be crusty but trans ppl aren't crossdressers.......
if you insist on defining lgbt like that i hope you at least have a line drawn for what is and isn't a societal norm, considering some of the nonsense people try to pass as ~Queer~
well yeah obviously you have to draw a line somewhere but i see no issue with having ace people on the 'in' side of the line.

ace ppl have never been oppressed like the LGBT community. ace isnt even a sexuality, its a lack of sexual attraction. NEXT
Wrong. Ace people are invisibilized and invalidated constantly.
they havent been systematically oppressed or mass killed for it hi
Why does that matter if that is true?
Anyhow, many asexual people get r@ped by people trying to "prove them wrong", the same way many lesbians get r@ped by men wanting to "make them like d!ck". It's all disgusting.
But even if none of that ever happened, they are still outside of the heterosexual norm and are thus categorized as LGBTQ+

I think you guys(gays) should take in the asexual community because the extra letters means more allies and that makes you stronger against the oppression but like you gotta feel special and inclusive and that's just not a strategic move
In all honesty, the whole letter idea was stupid af. You can preach tolerance and acceptance without adding a specific letter for each type of person there is in the world, lol.
