No thats not what I am saying, I am saying that we can accuse them but with out proof, like in our criminal justice system, it won't go anywhere. And the criminal justice system isn't exactly flawless, there have been many times where we have sent people who were innocent off to prison, and let those who are guilty go free. Motive isn't enough. And KHNM why are we fighting we are on the same side of this whole thing here.

you can't use games he plays AFTER the whole cheating scandal is mentioned, of course he'll lay low and not cheat games now because you're all expecting him to, you need to dig up past games that he's been in to prove he's a no good cheater

And perhaps he didn't play the no-reveal setup because without his friend playing, the chance of a new player being completely lost is a LOT higher in that setup than in 163. Just another advantage of playing with friends, but not cheating, and certainly not suspicious.

He won 5/5 games without Megs, one of them against LOLUMAD in 3-way lylo. And LOLUMAD admitted that Kennedy outplayed him.

I think it's clear that Kennedy is a good player. Good enough to win a gold trophy.

These are kennedy's games today which he played without megs. There is no reason to analyze them separately, so Ill do them all at the same time. and just to clarify, I doubt kennedy is cheating in these games, I just thought it was important to post them.

He did win everyone of these games. but, he also gets very lucky. in 2 of those games a mafia died n1 because they tried killing bg target. (all with kennedy as town)

Kennedy was only town twice and in both of these games bg saved so it was basicly autowin. He didnt give any fos's so I cant comment on that.

MOST IMPORTANT POINT IN THIS POST: Kennedy played all of his games in 163 today instead of the no reveal/2 stalker setup, why? He seemed pretty good in the no reveal setup.

First of all cheating is not above a warning if it was then they would have put it in the harsh rules section. As for them using Aim/MSN or even the irc, you need to put up some evidence of that, you can't say they did cause it seems like it. You need photographic proof which no one has given. So give them a warning if you must but you can't ban them with out proof.

A few things Ive been meaning to say:

while reading megs counter argument, she says that Im bias a lot. If Im bias at all, its for megs. She was a friend of mine on the irc and obviously I would prefer that she wasnt helping kennedy win, but I highly doubt that at this point.

Also, people have been complaining about how me/other people are trying to destroy kennedy's and megs reputation. When I made this thread I know I was putting my reputation on the line too, but that was a chance I was willing to make. Ive pretty sure Ive lost a lot of friend since making this thread
