Americans have an obsession with frying things, it's unhealthy and gross but it tastes good I guess. i don't really life fried foods, i hated fried chicken for most of my life
Don't get me wrong, frying food is objectively nice, but not when you can feel the oil in the food when you're eating it.

i would never invest in cooking classes, it's someone giving me directions on how to follow directions and that pisses me off even more

Anyway just don't invest in "cooking classes" because they're just teaching you things that a 5th grader should know.
That and you can learn everything on YouTube.

I find that Americans put too much oil into their cooking. I feel like my interpretation of deep frying is their interpretation as shallow frying.

When did 'fat shaming' become a thing people actually said? At what point did humanity deny reality that we had to come up with such a term.
modern western society is all about denying facts, like being fat is unhealthy and gross
#NotMyMannequin

Do you enjoy cooking whenever you do? There's not really that much more to it.
Harroldabout 9 years ago
The only scenario this doesn't work is when it comes to poaching eggs. Poaching eggs is an art.

You don't need to be a good cook. Just use BBC Good Food and pretend that you're an expert.
Simsabout 9 years ago
