Oh I misread, I thought u said u didnt want him to have the violation lol.

I think it counts as one instance since there was never a report filed after the first thread thus he never technically got a warning. He then later countinued after his unban which resulted in him finally getting reported and violated with a harassment vio.

He doesnt get a warning, he has already beend banned for 48 hours and gotten a violation for this which I think is sufficient.

Can you please stop treating moderating this site like a jigsaw puzzle and realize you're supposed to be curating a community. Over the course of more than 24 hours this guy posted multiple horridly sexist and transphobic comments with the intent to harass a user whom they'd be clearly warned to back off from and you think a simple warning suffices?

I don't see how this counts as one instance and I don't see how you feel this is something a warning solves.

You can only get 1 community violation per instance. We had that thread in mind when the first harassment violation was issued, thus making him ineligble to get a second violation for the same thing.

But since you clearly dont feel harassed I see no point in giving him an harassment violation. But then it would be suitable to give him a HC vio so nothing really changes other than the name of the vio.
