i legitimately didn't know how aware you were of the strictness of hc but like i said, i deleted them and warned you afterwards that you'd get hc if you continued saying stuff like that. this isn't the same case since your boy said it like 3 times while still having 2 vios and a note for hc beforehand. If you are trying to be subjective here then you can clearly see why what he said was given a violation.

Lucid/the admins have made certain words outright vios regardless of the context or intent - it isn't a mod issue.
