Well actually if it's HC it's not about personal offense but offense towards a group of people so no, it's not up to personal opinion and using it otherwise is applying the rule in a subjective and categorically wrong fashion.

Ling and Calvins relationship is different. I say all kind of different hate words to Calvin but he'll never report me for it because its different context. The point is Vilden was being spiteful when he said it
