Ehhh, mods wrote the HC rule itself, Lucid only required them to get harsher on it, he didn't tell them to apply it in an unbalanced way or to go full tumblr on it though.

true unless something changed in the last 5 months. but "harsher" is up for interpretation since in the real-time lucid discussion (which lucid requested) circa september 2015 (which i was a part of) there weren't any real specifics on where to draw the line on specific words

i still don't like the "tumblrisms" or whatever is happening if the rule is currently being over-moderated or whatever

Being yoyo200900 is a reason to get unbanned, not a reason to get banned. Why would you ban anyone in the first place with no evidence?

If I were a new user I wouldn't have any chance to appeal the ban and you would have lowered the number of users on the site.

honestly mods don't need to reply to every complaint made (and they don't; this isn't a criticism). i think many users take advantage of the fact that most mods are kind enough to even give their petty garbage the light of day. if it were me, i definitely wouldn't be engaging vilden over this lol

The word rtard is what is a vio, not synonms of it. if someone said shut up black guy you can't turn around and say they're saying shut up n*gger

If said in the correct (incorrect, rather) context, I again think this qualifies for HC.
