you can't break a law expecting to get away with it because someone else implied it was okay or got away with it...
like i said, come back when you're level headed. the most you'll get out of this situation is calvin being punished (most likely a warning at most from an admin)
it would be really easy to just rewrite the rule so it's both clear to players and more easily moderatable but i'm really happy that everyone involved agrees that drama is the more fun way to handle things
Two of the admins were involved in both the initial ruling of an HC report and a later appeal that ended with a no vio despite it 100% matching earlier prior violations handed out by their own mods.
I wouldn't be too confident in them

i can whole heartedly blame vilden for thinking it was okay
I have work in the morning so can't be bothered to find where the argument starts and read it all, can someone tell me who is right and I'll just go with that. lol
idk about u but. i like to make complaint comments about people complaining in a complaint thread in the complaint forum on epicmafia.com to make more people complain.
Except ling of course said the r word instead of the much more polite words mentally challanged
towards calvin himself?
isn't it up to his discretion on who is being offensive towards himself?
Well actually if it's HC it's not about personal offense but offense towards a group of people so no, it's not up to personal opinion and using it otherwise is applying the rule in a subjective and categorically wrong fashion.
if this is the case then calvin was in the wrong by hiding evidence in regards to lings post but that's for the admins to decide whether he should be punished
