I'm sorry for contributing to the divided conversation threads here but SHOUWA GENROKU RAKUGO SHINJUU is for some reason extremely appealing to me. I'm actually tempted to read the manga which I've rarely done in the past.

ERASED/This Town Without Me is also awesome, naturally.

It's definitely a great experience, the show's only fault is that part of the plot falls apart the more you think about it.

i mean a few are okay but i feel like a third of the show's dialog is people having these hugely significant moments with tears in their eyes and fists clenched and just thinking out loud ur supposed to be like "damn that's cool" or whatever but it starts to lose its effect when it's so overdone.

brotherhood, i heard it was better.

To be fair, the comedy in Brotherhood sucks. FMA 03 is worth a watch just for how differently they did things. The original also was much better at ost and overall vibe. That said, Brotherhood is the better show, but the original is still good.

FMA is pretty good so far. just like pretty much every anime i've watched a lot of the humor kind of bounces off me or feels wooden but it's not as unbearable as it is in other shows.

All bretty gud except Attack on Titan imo.

the fact that this thread is actually regressing to the dubs vs subs debate is very amazing because it managed to make me disappointed in the epicmafia community which is like being disappointed in humanity a.k.a. only for utter noobs

Try out both and see if you give a sh/i/t. If not, I'd probably go with subs because they're more readily available.
