Oh I didn't think I was able to post comments so I made a half assed remark. Well uh, it kind of has those deathnote vibes but with more shooting and sexual fanservice. Also less well put together for the most part, but with a few moments that are far more epic than anything in death note. It's a great show, but you have to bare with it sometimes.
However i'd still put it above mostly all anime, so for me it's a top 15 show.
I HATE Code Geass characters designs! Everyone looks like stick men with exaggerated...stickness...
Anyway, by the fourth episode, you get used to the sucky art and it will begin to get very entertaining. If you didn't like the first four episodes though then I don't think you will like the rest. :D
Thrill ride to the finish, but im mad. That ending makes me so mad yet i knew it was coming.
One of the better series Ive ever watched. Cant believe i went this long without it, but it was great while it lasted. Kill la Kill next maybe?
i'm in the process of finishing gurren laggan. kill la kill is awesome as long as you don't take the plot too seriously and just accept it for it's humor/characters/story

Awesome! If you liked the mech aspect of TTGL then you will probably like Code Geass (if you haven't watched it already). And if you liked the over the top action you will LOVE Kill la Kill! :D Go for it!
Ajin is a fairly cool and odd one, if anyone's looking for something to watch. It's a manga already I know, but the animated adaptation (I hesitate to call it anime just because of the super strange animation style; you'll know what I mean if you check it out) is coming out as three movies, I think? It's pretty gritty but it kept me interested. :0 First movie is already out, the other two are in production.
Oh actually after checking just now, there is an episodic version that looks to be exactly the same as the movie, just divided into pieces. Which might be better; the movie is a lot to digest at once imo. It's nothing super special but it's definitely pretty neat.
wow. Aldnoah Zero was incredibly disappointing. i dont even see how there is a second season, but im not watching it after that abysmal affair.
like wow. it's hard to have that level of production quality (art, music, and sound were v good), yet still manage to fail completely.
im awestruck, actually.
I know! Hiroyuki Sawano did the music and A-1 Pictures did the animation! Some of the greatest people in anime had created Aldnoah.Zero. It's amazing how it still managed to throw all that potential down the drain! It also kinda shows that the quality of anime nowadays is so bad that even the best of the best can't produce something worthwhile...
Same thing with Fairy Tail. At least the end is near for the Fairy Tail manga however. It was cool while it lasted. :D

I stopped watching 3 episodes in. The thought of a high school group somehow outsmarting and beating an advanced army that was invading in that first battle was a huge turn off.
