Nah Grannie is totally on the "this is the true form of Islam" side, from what I've read, which implies again that there's only one Islam. But I haven't read everything they've said so I may be wrong.

I, epicmafia.com user Jackhammer, am a Muslim who seems to have a different definition to Islam than most Muslims around me. Given that I live in Saudi Arabia, I'm not very surprised there.
Don't get me wrong, I still believe they are truly religiously motivated (I haven't read your debate), but whether or not this religion is the "real Islam" is the question I find stupid.
Checking Muhammed's intentions is just as difficult because of the huge lack of non-Muslim sources describing him (or even acknowledging his existence).

I think the whole "is it real Islam?" debate is pretty stupid because the question implies Islam is a singly defined set of morals, instead of a shitton of denomination with varying degrees of... everything.

Get this: ISIS's decision to adopt slavery, despite projections of the obvious unpopularity of the move, was probably a carefully calculated maneuver by psychopathic masterminds who are merely using Islam as a front, and not a real throwback to the radical barbarism of some medieval Islamic practices.

there isn't really any sensible or at least morally justifiable way of dealing with isis. it's not just islam. it's islam set fire to. and then what can you do against that? these are living life like they're playing a fps video game. and same as all that in israel too. shoot them more and your only feeding their existential madness. smash down this wave and there's another to follow it, grown out of exactly the same destruction as was the last one. i mean see the videos where they have little kids shouting death to america and whatever. what are gonna do, adopt them? or just destroy them to. it's an impossible situation. the only real opinion i have on it is that people shouldn't f*cking draw muhammad. that's retardedly pointless poking the bear
