I didn't see those pastebins, but if there's proof, it's getting even more strange that he's still a mod.

I'm not commenting on that part, I didn't see any proof so it's not upon me to judge whether or not he actually cheated. I do see that his mod-ship is surrounded by controversy, serious accusations and a complete lack of support. So I don't think it's a good idea to let him on and I wonder why he doesn't just quit himself.
He did cheat, there are pastebins where he tells his friends to hammer the mafia. It is now an objective fact that he cheated, apparently he just "did not cheat that much"

I don't think that there will be any mod that'll be appreciated by the whole community, so in general I'm not really much of a 'demod X or Y' over a few threads here and there kind of person. A mod does need some community support though. And when I see how many people lost faith in Jericho as a mod, and how diverse these people are (it's not one group of friends) I doubt if Jericho has enough community support to stay on as a mod.
