You lot think I have an ego, but I don't think I do. If you're to use the word 'ego' in a negative sense, it shouldn't just be to do with one's estimation of themselves; that touches on being just spiteful. If someone has ability, they have ability--that's it; you should be happy for them. Or that's how it'd work in an ideal world anyway.
The problem comes in, I think, where people will forget about each other. If you love yourself too much, what room for anyone else?...And they wont be happy about that. If you feel like you're going places, how can anyone think to get close to you?...You'll just leave. If you are self-assured, what part can anyone else play in your life?...In general there's a need to be somewhat vulnerable in relationships with people.
It doesn't have to mean you don't care, though.

They aren't. An ego is a result of compensation, or, if you want, fight. It's a push back against pressures felt.
first off that's a really cute story. secondly, the most embarrassing experience in my entire life was probably when my father forgot his wallet at home this one time.
we lived super far out from town so I had to wait almost two hours for him to drive home, get his wallet and come back while I waited at the counter of this restaurant as collateral ;.;
i loved thomas the tank engine. i still have all of my old thomas toys and it was how i made friends lol i would just go up to kids and talk to them about thomas.
describe in detail the most embarrassing experience of your life
