i don't think there's really a discussion here. suicide will happen. but i don't want suicidal people looking at this and thinking 'i have the right to end my own life (you do, of course) and i'm going to plan it'. i liked dahlia's post, so please refer to that and don't do anything hasty. i know that getting medical help is difficult, but there's other ways. dont give up. thats it for me i guess.

If the moderators allowed a thread like the Suicide thread to stay up, then not only should an opinion like Terry's be expected but an opinion like Terry's should be ACCEPTED. Do not silence those who are not in the majority, do not silence those who you do not agree with, do not try to stop people from sharing their opinion on a sensitive topic when YOU allowed that sensitive topic to stay up. This thread should have been deleted if the moderators didn't think certain sensitive users couldn't handle someone sharing their opinion on this topic :(

I am not usually caring about the soacial issues but depression is the serious thing and it is a real condition and this is a really long run on sentence but i know some people who have depress and it is hard life for them, they are not suicidel but it is very hard for them and they are trying to overcome the disease.
