I'm keeping your comment because it is a lulzfest of fail.

If tracker tracks Mafia on a night that they kill, then the tracker sees Mafia visit the kill.

If watcher watches Mafia, they get nothing. Watcher can only see who visits a person. So, if your watcher, you watch the person who you assume mafia will try to kill. If mafia kills that person, then you see the first mafia member visit them. However, if watcher watches a mafia member that kills, they will get "no-visits" on the mafia member because nobody visited the mafia member.
