It's fine and I'm sorry for the bad initial judgment here. Assuming it's overturned don't worry that the note shows as a violation-it doesn't count towards anything and is only a marker showing a report of interest.

There's no problem with following up with it, as long as it's after the game. You can continue negging people in the middle of the game and telling them about it, but you can also continue getting OGI violations. I voted to overturn it to a note because you obviously didn't know. Snapping at me isn't going to help anything.
