Don't fret dude. Play in sandbox for a bit, you'll get better. People like me just like to make alts, come into training and get noobs to sheep for fun. Obvs that ruins the game for you but you just need to be one of us. Play more, get better.

Hey, I saw your comment on the training lobby wall. You should play in the main lobby until you can get into competitive! And don't worry, people are a lot more serious and have a better ability in competitive.
