I think that abc deep down is a good guy that just wants to play Epic mafia in peace. He has been horribly mistreated over the years so now he is just trying to annoy everyone.
Like I think that he would behave for someone like me, because I would ensure that he was actually treated fairly
I can give an example from years ago. He got like a gt vio or something and it was totally wrong. I confronted the mod on it at the time and they basically said that he throws all the time, and even though it was no vio, they were giving him a vio to try to get rid of him. When people are treated this way, they mistrust the system and act out.
If he was given a completely new chance and people treated him with respect and fairly, I do not think he would act out. From my talks with him, I think that this is true

We think that the mods should treat abc fairly and give him a new chance with no strings attached. ABC in response should be a model clean player on the site that does not throw or ruin games.

ABC is the most dedicated player to this site. Do you know how much time it takes to make a new e-mail, verify the account, farm unranked games until you can play ranked (unranked games take forever to fill BTW), throw a bunch of games, then rinse and repeat? He deserves to be unbanned for his sheer effort.
At first I thought you claiming to be mentally unstable(which was like what, a year ago?) was a joke, but considering you're still actually making these threads instead of moving on makes it seem more unlikely. You really need to move on.
Citadel ccing cop as doc to try to lynch mafia and make sure you do not die at night is not gting. gting requires an intent to play against your condition and he did not do that.
he was given a vio for this because he told a mod that he wanted to kill their children and the mods just did not want him on the site. One of the mods outright said somewhere else that it was not gting but he would throw again so it was okay to do it there...
Seeing as you made the jail comparison, prisons also have a life sentence. If your "crimes" (violations in this case) outgrow the limit where a 2nd chance is considered, you deserve no such thing, it's quite similar.
And please stop using the term "vio farm". Nobody has vio-farmed him, the only thing that may or may not have happened is that moderators may have been less lenient on him and refused to give him the benefit of the doubt in cases that can be argued to go either way, which is a perfectly natural occurance if the person has a history of doing something wrong over and over. Pretty much the same situation lies in the justice system. After serving your sentence, misstepping and doing something wrong nets you a proportionally larger "payback".
Neither here nor out in the world does anybody ever start with a completely clean slate. The past can be forgiven, but it can and will never be forgotten.
do you lock someone up in jail past their jail term because people are scared of him? It is way past his jail term, as he was vio farmed to be banned to begin with..
you unlock people and give them a chance. if they mess up, they just go back to jail.
it should be no different for all players here. This site is not supposed to just be for the friends of charley...
he was not doing that the last time he was here and he would get vios for it. why fear someone just because others say they are bad? your sources are not always correct
Why are you even supporting him to get unbanned? He's gonna go back to doing the weird sh*t that charley mentioned. Even as a banned user, he bypassed and constantly put up disgusting links in main lobby chat. It's hard for people to suddenly change dramatically like how you put it. He deserves to be banned for doing that. The mods didn't mistreat him, they did the right thing by banning him to make others feel safe on this site. He did a lot of bad things and thus deserved those vios. People will feel less safe if he gets unbanned, and he has so many vios and bypassed so many times that his unban date is like in the year 3000. Maybe you can celebrate then.
This is true. I genuinely think people are good people, but that is not really always the case. Like the extent that people go on this site to hurt other human beings really on this site is like unimaginable to me honestly.
He might not keep the deal, but I do not think that should stop us from trying. Give people the benefit of the doubt or your life will me miserable and this drama that has existed on this site will continue to destroy it!
