I think that abc deep down is a good guy that just wants to play Epic mafia in peace. He has been horribly mistreated over the years so now he is just trying to annoy everyone.
Like I think that he would behave for someone like me, because I would ensure that he was actually treated fairly
I can give an example from years ago. He got like a gt vio or something and it was totally wrong. I confronted the mod on it at the time and they basically said that he throws all the time, and even though it was no vio, they were giving him a vio to try to get rid of him. When people are treated this way, they mistrust the system and act out.
If he was given a completely new chance and people treated him with respect and fairly, I do not think he would act out. From my talks with him, I think that this is true

We think that the mods should treat abc fairly and give him a new chance with no strings attached. ABC in response should be a model clean player on the site that does not throw or ruin games.
D1. If kicking was allowed in ranked, it would be pretty easy to kick in a way that you can play with only a specific set of friends. If multiple such games were created, then some users would not be able to play ranked without having a group of friends beforehand.
D2. I think both of these are fine ideas though 1 month sounds long.

G. Those custom lobbies need approval because they are not meant to be user-welcoming the way main lobby is.

It's simple. Build a required moderator approval for accounts to play ranked games in Main Lobby, similar to when you enter a custom lobby that needs approval, but one time only to be able to play ranked games in Main.
some ideas: 1. allow kicking in ranked, and maybe even blacklisting.
2. increase the minimum amount of unranked games required to play ranked to at least 10. or in general, make it more difficult to be able to join ranked games. another way to do it would be to have a rule where your account must be 1 month old (or some other amount of time) before being allowed to play ranked.
3. make ranked games more customisable. for example, i could host a game that only allows accounts that are at least 6 months old to join (or some other period of time). or accounts that have at least x amount of points (total score). or some other criteria that the host could choose.
