I basically got a harassment vio for calling someone a bad person a few times, after I felt that they were harassing me.
a person reported me for harassing them using this evidence:
a thread that I had complaining how the mods were not protecting me from harassment. Everything in this thread would have been covered by this note basically : https://epicmafia.com/report/268378
I reported the wrong person for harassment, so I re-made the report so they could transfer it to the right person for our records. I then stated how I felt they harassed me, but the person I reported felt that the reasons that I stated were harassing her.
I should not get a 2nd harassment vio here, as everything that she sited was either covered by the prior report or it was in a report of me reporting her for harassment (a note that she had gotten but needed transferred to the right account)
And again, calling someone a bad person should not be vio worthy. If it is worthy of a vio, i should be warned by a mod specifically that I need to stop saying that.

it is not slander when it is the truth. I feel harassed by you and i feel harassed by you more even debating this. It makes me feel anxious and horrible to even see you (and this is on me), but i still need space. I have told you this many times that you are pushing me to the edge. i even told you to like not personally attack me but you kept doing it until they forced you to stop.

calling me a horrible person is absolutely harassment when i clearly felt harassed by it and reported you for it

I want them to be fair. Am I really not allowed to call someone a bad person? If so that should have been noted cause that is so weak.
Do you think that calling someone a bad person is vio worthy super? What about calling someone stupid, psycho, etc?
also this whole thing is just way out of hand and it will not get any better. this always happens to me honestly. I feel really abused by people and no one will do anything even when i am pushed to the end because of their treatment of me. then i am the one that ends up with a vio for something so mild as calling someone a bad person or calling them the devil.
he would constantly make threads and posts calling me a liar and pretender to antagonize me. i was only ever able to get a vio if he said something like the r word in it, which he did at times
this shows the type of crap that I still had to put up with from feenikss every day. he had harassment vios but the mods said that it is not harsh enough.
What I said was not any worse, and not any worse than what she told me that started this whole thing.

I am sensitive about getting vio farmed and you know this...
I already know that you and all the mods basically think that I am a horrible person, and you have said similar crap to me.
Also feenikss has called me a horrible person, liar etc in forums so many times, even with existing harassment vios, but he always got nv for this because it was not harsh enough... this is another reason that i would think that it was not outlawed.....
i honestly thought that my harassment note was because i called you stupid and psycho in forums, your wall, because you kept doing it to me and the mods said that was okay at first. calling someone a bad person is not harassment and should never be, unless they were told specifically that they cant do that.
you think it's harassment for me to say "erb vio vio vio" so i really doubt you would think it's okay for me to call you a horrible person, classless scum, and blame you for my mental health problems
the primary reason i reported you wasn't for your report against me, it was for attacking me in your thread when you knew i felt harassed by you
and you are completely ignoring the fact that you are repeatedly slandering me and saying that i'm going out of my way to try and make you want to kill yourself - that's not okay to say to someone

and actually i get attacked all the time like this by you and many others. it sucks to have people constantly bringing up my past/health and saying things like i am emotionally manipulative. most of them i do not report. i block them regularly in threads though
some jerk made a thread on this today even and I did not even report it, even though it was hurtful and not informed

honestly if that happened to me I would feel more bad than anything. i would not call it harassment and I would try to respect things to make sure they are okay. i understand how it feels honestly.
I felt really bad when that person basically said this about me and I tried to respect it, beyond fighting to see if we could figure out a way that we could both play games. I was very respectful of her for a few weeks of this. it all went to crap though after a few weeks when we never came up with a deal that would work
I did at that time argue that i should not be banned from playing because she was uncomfortable, and this still holds true in my case now. like I rehosted so many times today to avoid justin for this same reason
i strongly suggest you stop talking about me in your threads.

anyways denial there is a lot here but i want some answers:
1. you guys were not clear about what could and could not be done in the note. I had no idea that calling her a bad person is antagonizing her any more than her just talking in my threads because she knows that it will upset me
2. the report itself is basically just saying i deserve a vio and siting a report of mine accusing her of harassing me. We should be able to file harassment reports like this without getting a vio for explaining the problem...
3. this whole situation got very out of hand, but neither of us really ever deserved a harassment vio. I never wanted that for her, only a note to leave me alone. my vio should be at most a note saying that I am not allowed to call her a bad person. like if I called her the s or h word or something horrible like that, it would deserve a harassment vio, but not this crap now
you told me that but muki told me that I cant contact her at all just because she has anxiety and this was permanent...
this is actually the whole reason that we really started fighting then. he told me that you sent him basically and you were asleep but this was your final decision that I was never allowed into her games and stuff because she was having anxiety attacks with me there. I then contacted her directly to try to find a deal, breaking what you told me to do. then you basically would never talk to me again because I did not listen to your order
He even deleted the whole discord so I could not prove what he told me at the time :(

back to this report, I want denial to explain this.
this whole vio is basically based on me reporting her for harassment.
also calling someone a bad person is not harsh enough and you know this. next will i get a vio for saying that I do not like someone? It is not slanderous at all and I was never told that saying such an innocent thing could even be a vio.
like how many times in games do people yell at someone and call them horrible/bad?
