I basically got a harassment vio for calling someone a bad person a few times, after I felt that they were harassing me.

a person reported me for harassing them using this evidence:

  1. a thread that I had complaining how the mods were not protecting me from harassment. Everything in this thread would have been covered by this note basically : https://epicmafia.com/report/268378

  2. I reported the wrong person for harassment, so I re-made the report so they could transfer it to the right person for our records. I then stated how I felt they harassed me, but the person I reported felt that the reasons that I stated were harassing her.

I should not get a 2nd harassment vio here, as everything that she sited was either covered by the prior report or it was in a report of me reporting her for harassment (a note that she had gotten but needed transferred to the right account)

And again, calling someone a bad person should not be vio worthy. If it is worthy of a vio, i should be warned by a mod specifically that I need to stop saying that.

I reported the wrong person, since I had no idea you were not ally now. I reported you again for harassing me and of course I needed to say again why it was harassment, which is what you gave as evidence that I harassed you again now.

I should have the right to report someone that harassed me without fear of getting a harassment vio for doing this!!!!

you lied several times in this thread; consider being accurate in your complaints

we were both given notes stating that communication between us was not being restricted, however, we were not to go out of our way to antagonize each other.

following us each being given notes, i said the following:

"i am not forced to stay off your threads, no, i just have to play nicer when i post on them"

you said the following:

"ally is a horrible person. she knows that she triggers me to have suicidal thoughts and so she searches me out to try to make me do this. classless scum"

"Even seeing Ally triggers me back into the dark place that I was months ago.I need to stay away from her for this reason. she knows that but she is like trying to make me hurt myself again"

"she follows me around to try to trigger me"

"she did horrible things to me and really had no remorse. I have asked her nicely in private to just leave me alone because she like triggers me, but she refuses to do that and searches my stuff out to try to hurt me."

"She is messing me up to the point that I even have been thinking i may have to go back to the hospital"

among other things.

at this point, i reported you for harassment again. the comments from both of us following that can be viewed here: https://epicmafia.com/report/268413 after i reported you for harassment yet again, you called me a horrible person AGAIN as well as continued to blame me for your poor mental health.

you have a harassment vio because you called me a horrible person, classless scum, said that i'm intentionally trying to make you try to kill yourself again. that's absolutely considered ANTAGONIZING. i said NOTHING after being noted, which is why i don't have a f*cking vio.

so answer this denial and charley:

1. what is okay to say and not say? she was allowed to keep calling me stupid, crazy, etc. I however cant reply to her and call her a bad person?

2. you told me that there was no restrictions on interactions and that we could not restrict each other like i had tried to do. I was never told that I could not call her a bad person by a mod. this is like not alone vio worthy so why did you not warn me that I could not say this? you told me that she was still free to call me stupid and stuff like she had been!

3. everything that was sited in the report basically happened before the note. 95% of the report was complaining about me reporting them for harassment. Do you really want to start this precedent that you can get a harassment vio for reporting someone for harassment and justifying why they need the vio on the report?

additionally we were told basically that we should not antagonize each other. I can see this covering things like calling the other person psycho after they kept telling them to stop.

they did specifically state that she could join my threads though and still continue to attack me there like she did calling me stupid and stuff

I was never told that I could not call them a bad person by a mod, and no one in their right mind would expect that calling someone a bad person was ever going to be harassment. it is not like i was insulting them or anything with it. I just said the person was a bad person for wanting to keep antagonizing me
