I basically got a harassment vio for calling someone a bad person a few times, after I felt that they were harassing me.
a person reported me for harassing them using this evidence:
a thread that I had complaining how the mods were not protecting me from harassment. Everything in this thread would have been covered by this note basically : https://epicmafia.com/report/268378
I reported the wrong person for harassment, so I re-made the report so they could transfer it to the right person for our records. I then stated how I felt they harassed me, but the person I reported felt that the reasons that I stated were harassing her.
I should not get a 2nd harassment vio here, as everything that she sited was either covered by the prior report or it was in a report of me reporting her for harassment (a note that she had gotten but needed transferred to the right account)
And again, calling someone a bad person should not be vio worthy. If it is worthy of a vio, i should be warned by a mod specifically that I need to stop saying that.
no, i'm not discussing this with you, i've already had enough discussions with you and know it's just an exhausting experience that leads nowhere
if you didn't understand, posting the definition of need to you was because i don't NEED to have a discussion with you. its not required of me to sit down and have a 1 on 1 with you so that you can understand why you have a violation
i've already tried this many times with you and its never proved fruitful. it gets absolutely annoying that i have to post a message every couple weeks explaining this time and time again
I AM NOT HAVING A DISCUSSION WITH YOU. you can find any reasons you have a violation in your report. any counter arguments you include in the report will be viewed and are in consideration when we handle one of your reports or appeals, there is no need for a 2 hour discussion on every violation you feel is unjust because circumstances should allow you to break the rules

you can have one of the former mods who think you both shouldn't get a vio or both should get a vio message me and i'll discuss why with them
discussing stuff with you is pointless because you'd be able to find the information you want through the reports and appeals, but you just want to make a thread because you're not happy with the situation
you have the option to block her if you can not stand her messages. i am not prohibiting somebody from actions on a public forum because you don't like them.
you already understand the reason why i'm doing this because this is one of the key points you complain about: people trying to ban you from games because they don't like you. i am not continuing that trend in games or the forums
why did you get a vio? because you decided to go on an attack spree because reports weren't handled in the way you wanted.
basically the same sh!t you always pull when you don't agree with something. you kick and fuss and challenge the administration to give you a vio and then try to explain that it should be okay

the rest of the stuff sited in the report was from the description of her harassment on me when i reported her for harassment

I am also sorry about my past. I had no control over it, but I have been trying to move on. That being said, I should be able to ask people to try to stop attacking me and bringing up this horrible past, and especially publicly. you guys should actually have tried to step in when it gets out of hand too, instead of letting them harass me for months. bullying should not be allowed, even on people that you do not like. people that are getting bullied will always snap under such pressure.
also if anyone else on the site like asks you to explain a verdict or discuss it you do denial. you should not treat me differently because you do not like me

I honestly brought up suicide a lot in the past, because I was messed up and needed help. I do not want to hear about this now, as I am trying to go on and it was not a topic we should have on this site.
sadly i had to bring it up again because she kept bringing things like this up and harassing me and I needed to explain the harassment. it otherwise should not be mentioned at all on this site. she could have argued things without bringing up such damaging things.
additionally she was told to not antagonize me? how is posting in a thread complaining about me at all not antagonizing me? in addition she added sensitive subjects that i asked her to never bring up, and she did this to intentionally antagonize me. finally she has shared this view enough and she can do it directly to the admins without antagonizing me publically. she wanted to antagonize me here though!
finally calling someone a bad person for trying to antagonize someone should not be harassment. it is not severe enough. if you want to be so petty on this though, you should be equally petty on the opposite reports..

you are an admin. your job is to enforce the rules, which requires you to actually be able explain them. why cant you answer my questions? why try to antagonize me? all i want is to discuss this

I was told that only you are like in charge of this, so you need to reply here in an actually constructive manner.
1. why did I get a harassment vio for reporting ally for harassing me and calling her a bad person for harassing me?
2. Why did ally not get a vio for complaining about me in a non-necessary complaint thread and talking about personal things she was told to not discuss?
I deserve to be able to discuss this with someone in charge. If you can't have an actual fair discussion with me about things, then you should step down as admin or at least handling my reports. It is best to do this in private, but so far you have ignored any of my requests to discuss this

I told you that X is like my worst trigger for wanting to kill myself and then you told me X in skype. what other conclusion can I get from that? This is why i need space from you. not stop talking in this thread
