I basically got a harassment vio for calling someone a bad person a few times, after I felt that they were harassing me.
a person reported me for harassing them using this evidence:
a thread that I had complaining how the mods were not protecting me from harassment. Everything in this thread would have been covered by this note basically : https://epicmafia.com/report/268378
I reported the wrong person for harassment, so I re-made the report so they could transfer it to the right person for our records. I then stated how I felt they harassed me, but the person I reported felt that the reasons that I stated were harassing her.
I should not get a 2nd harassment vio here, as everything that she sited was either covered by the prior report or it was in a report of me reporting her for harassment (a note that she had gotten but needed transferred to the right account)
And again, calling someone a bad person should not be vio worthy. If it is worthy of a vio, i should be warned by a mod specifically that I need to stop saying that.
nothing i've done has warranted a no-contact restriction outside of games
calling you stupid and telling you to get your head out of your a/ss isn't nearly severe enough for that and that's the only insults i've said to you in months
you can't just demand no contact because you don't like being around me

and also, around the time that I was banned the last time, I was forced to stay away from charley entirely. we had no incidents at that time and I was not even doing anything remotely upsetting for her. we had played for weeks and she never knew it was me. she found out it was me though and was supposedly like having anxiety attacks just because i was around her so i was forced to stay away from her entirely in games and outside.
I think games should not have been affected in that case, and that is why i never asked for this with you and i just leave games with you and others that bother me.
that being said, you guys did force me to stay away from someone for basically the same reason, and this included in all games! I do not think it is too much to ask that I could at least get this with contact outside of games....
and i've been noted and told that i need to lay off the insults - which i've done
you haven't held up your side of it. you've continued to attack me. that's why you have a harassment vio.

you constantly were slandering me calling me stupid and crap. i need to be able to defend myself so i cant block you.
I know that it is my problem. you are not the only one that triggers me like this, but I just leave the game/play later.
the problem is that you were like forced to do all my reports and you have gone out of your way to be around me in any way possible. on top of this you would actually like personally attack me and crap constantly over the past few months. This whole thing was even exacerbated by something that happened at the end of january in skype that would have been a harassment vio on the site.
there was literally no way for me to avoid you. i avoided you in games when I could, but I constantly had to deal with you outside, and i am not in the place that I can do that now. i am working on it, but it takes time. That being said, the bullying and stuff that i received from you with comments calling me stupid, insane, etc, do not help the situation at all and it should not have been tolerated
you antogonized me in this thread actually. I made a meme thread to joke about site going down ever hour. I said it was a hacker and at least they could improve things on the site while they were at it.
you came in, knowing that I do not want to see you there, and basically said i Erb and should get a vio for that....that was antagonizing me
from one person that has struggled with mental health problems to another; you cannot rely on people to stop your triggers for you
there are people that i have prior issues with that i cannot be around b/c it triggers anxiety and harmful thoughts for me, but that isn't their problem, it's mine. i am responsible for my triggers and i am responsible for my mental health and taking the steps necessary to ensure that i am staying away from the things that put me in that kind of headspace.
you cannot push that weight onto someone else and demand that they handle themselves a certain way to avoid offending you. it is not my responsiblity to avoid you, it is your responsibility to learn how to deal with being on the site with me or take the appropriate measures to avoid me (block me, leave)
i am not doing anything wrong by existing and i am not existing in the same space as you in an attempt to cause you harm; i am simply not going to change the way that i behave or limit myself from posting where i want to make you feel better, and you have no right to demand that of me.
denial has explained this to you several times and you refuse to listen.

that whole line was actually to antagonize me. you know that i want you out of my thread and life for a good reason, but you basically say you do not care and you will just post on them but keep it tame enough that they will not give you a vio, in spite of the fact that you know that it will bother me. this is like the definition of antagonizing

how do you not understand that when you're noted for harassment and told the following:

It would be a different case if i was like swearing at you and calling you really horrible names or something in the report, but I was just trying to make the proper report for them to give you your note on. this requires me to state why i feel harassed obviously so it is pathetic that I get a harassment vio for basically reporting you to say that I feel harassed by you...
"ally is a horrible person. she knows that she triggers me to have suicidal thoughts and so she searches me out to try to make me do this. classless scum"
this alone was enough to be considered "antagonizing" and it wasn't said in the report
you also didn't need to file another report because i was ALREADY NOTED, you just wanted the note moved to a report filed by you
