Since I originally posted this, the conversation has developed into whether Pond committed OGI or not. I staunchly believe he did not. The central point of the accusations centers around a few games where he seemed to instantly townread me. Here is his explanation for each, which he has commented on this thread:

Pond, that's not at all the case. You're not a martyr. It's just that in terms of OGI there is far less evidence of shady being biased, and more evidence of you being biased towards him. That's why people are saying what they're saying.

I was in several games with Shady during this comp and I agree with Pinks. If anything punish Pond. Unless there is evidence Shady asked Pond to do that, he does not have the mens rea to commit chating. Pond may, but not Shady.

Because it’s basically clearly showing how you went out of your way to play with him repeatedly, which normally there isn’t anything wrong with except you were tring him just because you like him and never ever lynched him

The accusation wasn’t cheating or rolesharing so showing pms isn’t even gonna help, all it does is solidify that you guys are friends and that you were trying to play with him

I don’t think shady did anything wrong and maybe he really didn’t notice that you were playing ridiculously unfairly but his run is still compromised regardless

I said it in the report, I'll say it here:

It's obvious shady did nothing wrong. At worst (and I don't think it should be the case), Pond may have meta abused. But shady clearly consistently played to his win condition, did not play differently around Pond, did not try to influence him. Pond having bad reads or being unable to scumread shady is not shady's fault. If shady was scummy and Pond refused to sr him, and shady kept playing with Pond with that knowledge, MAYBE you could accuse him. But shady towntold. And Pond townread him. There is no evidence of wrongdoing, and I can personally vouch for shady's character.
